TifTuf Bermuda

TifTuf Bermuda Grass is a fine-bladed, warm-season variety prized for its exceptional drought tolerance and rapid growth. Thrives in full sun and requires at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. Sold year-round, it is commonly used for golf courses, sports fields, and residential lawns due to its dense coverage and quick recovery from wear. More resilient to drought and shade than other Bermuda varieties, making it a low-maintenance yet high-performance turf option.

Fescue

Fescue is a medium blade, cool season variety. Sold in fall, winter & spring. Can thrive in full sun but does very well in as little as 3 hours of sun per day. It can live in lower light conditions but not as well, typically stays green year-round and can be over seeded yearly to maintain a thick hearty lawn. Used anywhere sunlight is limited. Most home lawns that have many trees use this variety.

Meyers Zoysia

Meyers Zoysia is a medium blade, warm season variety. Does best in full sun but can do well in as little as 6 hours of sun per day and is sold year-round. It is slower growing, less invasive and can tolerate more shade than Bermuda. Used for any application other than highway and can often be found on many golf course fairways. Becomes very dense, heals itself, and is one of the few varieties that will choke out Bermuda.

Zeon Zoysia

Zeon Zoysia is a fine-bladed, warm-season variety known for its lush appearance and soft texture. Thrives in full sun but performs well in partial shade, requiring at least 4–5 hours of sunlight per day. Sold year-round, it is commonly used for golf courses, residential lawns, and commercial landscapes due to its dense growth and self-repairing ability.
